Xuất Nhập Khẩu Tiếng Nhật (Fresher)

Location: The Mett Building | 15 Tran Bach Dang, Quarter 3, Thu Thiem Ward, Thu Duc City

Time: Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm)

Responsibilities:

• Verify logistics invoices by performing factual and price checks, ensuring the accuracy and compliance with Bosch policies through close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the complete invoicing process to ensure timely payments and handle any invoice or payment-related issues with OSP or LSPs.
• Maintain and update cost reports in line with customer requirements.
• Support for the implementation of the LCC project across Bosch branches in Japan, including BMP (billing management platform) project.
• Act as contact point for logistics vendors and manufacturing plants

Reporting

• Prepared KPI tree and report to customers
• Ad hoc report as per requests
• Other topics related to overall logistics and transportation as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a logistics
• Proficiency in Business English and Japanese (JLPT N3 or higher).
• Strong communication skills, systematic thinking, and the ability to multitask.
• Independent and proactive work style.
• Effective time management skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Process oriented and customer-oriented thinking
• Strong computer/systems skills like Excel.
• SAP experience and knowledge will be a huge advantage
