Passionate about Crypto & Journalism ?
We are looking for a passionate Writer & Junior Editor to manage the bahasa version of our global crypto publication.
Our Ideal Candidate:
This role is here for someone who is ready to step up from a journalist/writer to also having editorial responsibilities. Someone ready to make a genuine impact!
Our ideal candidate is someone with relevant journalism and writing experience and passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain. Someone who is detailed, well organised and contributes genuine value as a team.
You will be responsible for writing unique content and curating the editorial content on the site.
Responsibilities are including but not limited to:
- Research, plan, develop, and engaging articles
- Create, produce and manage high-quality content
- Supervise layout of images, graphics, videos and other artwork
- Ensure a high level of editorial integrity, accuracy and tone
- Keep updated with cryptocurrency and blockchain trend to swiftly to capture new trends and news locally and internationally
- Work in a multidisciplinary team with professionals such as web designers, marketing executives and photographers to improve content strategy
- Determine and track important engagement and SEO KPIs
- Produce and present reports
Your Personal Skills:
- Strong empathy to what readers/users want
- Strong ability to produce and curate content that is easy for people to understand
- Highly organised and high attention to detail a must
- Good communication and people skills
- Committed and responsible personality is a must.
- Getting Sh%t done attitude to ensure deadlines are met
Your Technical Skills:
- Familiar with crypto publications
- Excellent writing skills and experience as an editor
- Good with organising documents
- Detail oriented and meticulous
- Familiar with SEO strategies and implementations
- Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to new software and learn how to master it
