A #WORKTOLEARN Program is a structured initiative designed to provide young individuals with hands-on work experiences that facilitate learning and skill development. By immersing participants in real-world work environments, this program fosters a comprehensive understanding of professional practices and essential workplace competencies. Through practical application and mentorship, young people can acquire valuable knowledge and skills, enhancing their career readiness and future employability.

The Platform

The International Creativity and Innovation Award is a prestigious platform designed to recognize and celebrate exceptional innovation and creativity among students and startups worldwide. Open Positions

1. Secretariat

Administrative Tasks: Handles administrative tasks such as correspondence, documentation

Logistics Coordination: Coordinates logistics, including venue booking, accommodation, and transportation.

Volunteer Management: Oversees the recruitment, training, and scheduling of volunteers.

Event Coordination: Assists in coordinating various aspects of the event, such as registration, program scheduling, and participant support.

2. Media and Public Relations

Media Outreach: Develops and implements a media strategy to generate media coverage.

Press Releases: Writes and distributes press releases to relevant media outlets.

Social Media: Manages social media channels to promote the event and engage with the audience.

Public Relations: Builds and maintains relationships with media, inuencers, and the public.

Branding and Marketing Materials: Develops and manages branding materials, including logos, brochures, and posters.

3. Design and Multimedia

Graphic Design: Creates visual materials, such as logos, banners, posters, and invitations.

Website Development: Develops and maintains the event website.

Multimedia Production: Produces multimedia content, such as videos and presentations.

Stage Design: Designs the stage layout and visual elements for the event.

4. Operation and Logistics

Venue Coordination: Coordinates with the venue to ensure all necessary arrangements are in place.

Technical Support: Oversees technical aspects, including audio-visual equipment, lighting, and stage setup.

Event Setup and Teardown: Manages the setup and teardown of the event venue.

Security and Safety: Ensures the safety and security of attendees and staff.

Emergency Preparedness: Develops and implements emergency response plans.

5. Program

Program Development: Develops the event program, including the schedule of events,

workshops, and presentations.

Speaker Coordination: Invites and coordinates with speakers, panelists, and moderators.

Content Development: Curates and develops content for the event, such as presentations and workshops.

Participant Engagement: Plans and executes activities to engage participants, such as networking sessions and interactive workshops.

REGISTRATION

• Open for youth between 19 - 24 years old from all countries and nationalities.
• Able to communicate in ENGLISH and work collaboratively in teams.
• Creative, active, initiative, and keep learning.
• Committed to join the program during the period (January 2025 to May 2025) by spending 2 hours/ day during working days doing the #Worktolearn program.
• Committed to executing the project as the outcome of the #WorktoLearn program as well as the evaluation and reflection.
