MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
a) Lead and oversee whole Raw Materials and Finish Goods Warehouse operation.
b) Ensure account and material consistency, raw materials and finish goods receiving, pick and release on time, Finish Goods load and ship on time, material security and warehouse operation in a secure condition.
c) Experiences in using Warehouse system like WMS to optimize layout and space, increase workers efficiency, and meeting the business plan and needs.
d) Planning, organizing and controlling resources for overall Warehouse operations.
e) Manage stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system.
f) Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse operation transactions and activities.
g) Ensure stock integrity is maintained through effective and planned cycle count and stocktaking.
h) Monthly KPI measurement review.
i) Drive for continuous improvement for warehouse operation.
j) Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
k) Make plans to develop staffs of warehouse by internal/on-job training
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Requirements:
a) Minimum 4 years and above work experience in warehouse management.
b) Great team spirit, risk/problem preventative and people management, including safety, principles and employee motivation, etc.
c) Be good at Microsoft Office, such as Power point, word, excel, familiar with Oracle system, better to familiar with backflush workflow.
d) Good written communication in both English and Vietnamese
e) Ability to speak Putonghua and lead the communication with PRC team.

Position Factors
- Reporting relationship: Supply Chain Manager
- Supervises: Warehouse Supervisor & Warehouse Team Leaders
Impact of the position:
The position is critical to ensure goods safety, stock accuracy, on time delivery to lines or to customers.
Relationship:
Internal: Interact with internal teams, such as production team, PMC, quality, engineering, Custom, EHS.
External: Suppliers, transport company/driver.
