Job description for Warehouse Admin at PT. Bogajaya Sukses Abadi

We are looking for independent, honest, and dedicated individuals to join us as Warehouse Admin at our Selangor, Malaysia branch. If you are a meticulous, hardworking person with excellent organizational skills, we invite you to apply.

Job Description:

  1. Fully responsible for the daily administration and documentation of warehouse operations.
  2. Record and monitor all incoming and outgoing goods (stock-in & stock-out) accurately.
  3. Perform regular inventory checks (stock take / stock opname) to ensure physical stock matches system records.
  4. Prepare and process delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
  5. Coordinate with logistics/couriers and the HQ team in Indonesia regarding stock updates.
  6. Maintain the cleanliness, safety, neatness, and hygiene of the warehouse area at all times.
  7. Comply with all regulations and standard operating procedures (SOP) applicable at the warehouse.

Job Requirements:

  1. Male , aged 19–30 years old (adjusted for administrative & physical handling tasks).
  2. Minimum education of SPM / High School / Vocational High School or equivalent.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, stock reporting) or warehouse systems is highly preferred.
  4. Experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or retail inventory is an advantage (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  5. Honest, highly meticulous, agile, and responsible.
  6. Fast learner, energetic, and disciplined.
  7. No personal mobile phone usage during working hours (except for urgent operational coordination).
  8. Physically fit and able to lift/arrange light to medium goods when organizing stock.
  9. Having own transportation for easy commuting to the warehouse is preferred.

Working Regulations:

  1. Working System: Full-time (Normal working hours)
  2. Working Days: 6 days a week (1 day off per week, must be willing to support during peak shipping periods/weekends if required)
  3. Benefits:
  4. Basic Salary: RM 1,700 – RM 2,000 / month (adjusted to the standard market rate for warehouse administration in Malaysia)
  5. Other Benefits: Training provided & career growth opportunities
