Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Master’s Degree (S2) from overseas university
Minimum 8–10 years experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnership, Sales, or Corporate Expansion
Proven track record in developing business growth, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Strong business networking and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Able to represent company in high-level meetings, events, and business negotiations
Experienced in handling corporate clients, investors, and business partners
Familiar with market analysis, business strategy, and expansion planning
Willing to travel for business purposes when required

Develop and execute company business development strategies to drive growth and expansion
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners
Lead business negotiations, partnership agreements, and commercial discussions
Develop strategic plans to increase company revenue and market positioning
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring
Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with company objectives
Represent the company in business meetings, conferences, networking events, and presentations
Prepare business proposals, partnership presentations, and commercial reports
Manage and mentor business development team to achieve performance targets
Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and business growth initiatives
Provide strategic recommendations to executive management regarding expansion opportunities
