We’re looking for a Videographer & Editor with a strong visual sense and a sharp editing eye to join our in-house production team. If you love turning real stories into beautiful visuals and impactful stories, this might be your next home.
Role Overview
As a Videographer & Editor, you will be responsible for both filming and editing a wide range of projects — from commercials and branded content to short documentaries and social videos. You will play a key role in shaping how our stories look and feel on screen.
Key Responsibilities
1. Filming
- Collaborate with Creative/Producer teams to understand the concept and production goals
- Shoot various formats including: branded documentaries, commercials, interviews, events, vlogs, talkshows, social contents
- Set up and operate video, lighting, and sound equipment on location or in studio
- Suggest creative framing, camera movements, and lighting techniques to elevate the visual narrative
2. Editing
- Edit rough and final cuts based on brief and project timeline
- Select footage, cut and assemble scenes, add music, transitions, subtitles, and basic sound design
- Collaborate with motion designers or colorists and other team mates when needed
- Ensure deadlines and final delivery standards are met
3. Equipment & Data Management
- Maintain and manage camera, lighting, and editing gear
- Organize and back up footage and project files methodically
Requirements
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in videography and editing roles
- A strong showreel or portfolio with branded content, short documentaries, or commercials is a must
- Long-form documentary production and editting experience is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient with cameras
- Strong eye for framing, lighting, and composition
- Advanced in Adobe Premiere Pro (Bonus: After Effects, DaVinci Resolve)
- Basic knowledge of sound mixing, audio clean-up, and music syncing
- Familiar with basic color grading techniques
- AI application in the workflow
