Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, energetic, and trend-savvy TikTok Content Creator to produce engaging short-form video content that grows our brand presence and connects with our target audience. The ideal candidate is passionate about TikTok culture, understands platform trends, and can independently create high-performing content from concept to publication.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, plan, and create engaging TikTok videos aligned with the brand's marketing goals.
* Research and leverage trending sounds, challenges, hashtags, and content formats while maintaining brand relevance.
* Write scripts, storyboard ideas, and present creative concepts for approval.
* Film, edit, and publish high-quality short-form videos using TikTok and mobile editing tools.
* Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to execute content campaigns and product launches.
* Feature products or services in an authentic and engaging manner.
* Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments to build an active community.
* Analyze video performance and optimize future content based on insights and platform analytics.
* Stay updated on TikTok algorithm changes, creator trends, and best practices.
* Maintain a consistent posting schedule to support audience growth and engagement.
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience creating TikTok content, either professionally or through a personal creator account.
