Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct user research to collect both quantitative and qualitative data to understand customer needs and pain points
• Summarize the findings and present the report to the team
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, Social Science, Design, or a related field
• Possess good communication, presentation, interpersonal skills
• Possess good design thinking and analytical skill
• Familiarity with user research methodologies, such as usability study, and turning customer feedback into actionable findings
• Experience with statistics
• Passion for entertainment and avid watcher
