Requirement:
- Minimum S1 education in the field or majoring in Computers, telecommunications, DKV, SI or other relevant fields.
- Have very good Communication Skills or Interpersonal skills.
- Have experience working in Product Design, UX Illustrator, UI Design or equivalent for at least 3 years.
- Have an attitude of initiative, discipline, responsibility, detail, and work neatly.
- Able to work individually or in a team and able to coordinate with other related teams
- Able to provide input/ideas for improvement in the team
- Have a willingness to learn, improve, and follow the latest design and technology trends.
- Have good time management and can meet deadlines.
- Like things that are detailed, continuous and thorough
Additional:
- Have experience in making system design
- Have extensive knowledge regarding Design tokens
- Have experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows.
- Have the ability to maintain online documentation such as Notion, Evernote or similar
- Good knowledge of user-centered design principles, Interaction Design, responsive web design, or mobile app design.
- Having knowledge in design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator.
- Have extensive knowledge of wireframe tools.
- Having the ability to solve problems using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Have knowledge related to productivity tools (Jira, trello)
Job Descriptions:
- Be creative and innovate and make a significant contribution to the progress of Mandiri
- Create a user interface design with a good user experience as needed
- Make a Wireframe design for user flow purposes
- Arrange the layout, color, and typography of the interface display.
- Make interactive animations by doing various researches.
- Create a user interface prototype as well as implement it directly.
- Conduct research on user experience.
- Collect and evaluate all feedback from users regarding the display.
- Make design illustrations using storyboards and sitemaps.
- Build a navigation system that focuses on user convenience.
- Maintaining assets in the design system
