Overview
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our Shopify Theme product team.
You will design and improve Shopify Themes that are beautiful, easy to use, responsive, and effective for e-commerce. You will work closely with Product Managers and Developers to turn ideas and user needs into high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Research user needs, competitors, and e-commerce trends to identify design opportunities.
- Create user flows, wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes.
- Design responsive experiences for Shopify Themes across desktop and mobile.
- Design key e-commerce pages and components such as homepage, product page, collection, cart, navigation, and sections.
- Create and maintain reusable components and design systems.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure designs are practical and technically feasible.
- Review implementation and ensure the final product meets UX/UI standards.
- Continuously improve designs based on user feedback, data, and product requirements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web or digital product design.
- Proficient in Figma.
- Good understanding of UX, responsive design, and e-commerce.
- Strong visual design and attention to detail.
- Ability to turn business and user needs into simple, effective design solutions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Shopify Themes or e-commerce products.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with design systems.
- Experience with CRO, A/B testing, or usability testing.

- Salary: Gross up to 35M VND with biannual performance reviews for potential salary increases.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:15 PM.
