- Planning and implementation for whole Cartridge replacement and Happy
call/Referral activities to support all of sales/marketing segment to reach company
target.
- Monitor daily workflow and ensures that correct procedures are followed
- Responds to and resolves escalated issues and/or unique or complex requests from
customers
- Work closely with CRM/Operation team to improve workflow as well as report
dashboard effectively
- Support Marketing in customer survey progam
- Proactive co-operate with Marketing to build up effective campaign for increasing
cartridge replacement naturally
- Take care of customer, maintain good relationship to increase customer satisfaction.
- Calculate and allocate suitable scope of work for team member and ensure the manpower
plan can meet the EU data base growth
- Coaching customer service/soft skill for team member
- Do weekly/monthly/yearly report as required
- Other tasks are assigned by direct manager
***Expected qualifications:
- University graduate
- Have at least 3 years as Customer Service Leader role
- Good communication/negotiation skill
- Teamwork spirit
- Good leadership skill
- Can work with heavy workload in the rush time
- Can use English in writing/report
