Job description:
- Assist the lead teacher in conducting lessons, games, and guiding students through exercises.

- Help students practice pronunciation, vocabulary, and basic listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
(Hỗ trợ học sinh luyện phát âm, từ vựng và các kỹ năng nghe, nói, đọc, viết cơ bản).
- Prepare teaching materials, flashcards, worksheets, and classroom equipment before class.
(Chuẩn bị giáo cụ, flashcard, bài tập và thiết bị phòng học trước giờ lên lớp).
- Take attendance, maintain order, handle unexpected situations, and ensure a clean, safe environment.

- Encourage active participation, build confidence in using English, and foster positive learning habits.

- Monitor students' learning attitude or difficulties, and report them to the lead teacher or Academic Manager.

- Record progress for the Academic Department; do not independently discuss sensitive issues or evaluations with parents.

- Supervise students safely before, during, and after class; strictly comply with school regulations and child protection principles.

Requirement:
- Require an undergraduate/graduate in Education, English, or related fields, with knowledge of child psychology (ages 6–13).
(Yêu cầu sinh viên hoặc người đã tốt nghiệp ngành Sư phạm, Ngôn ngữ Anh hoặc ngành liên quan; hiểu tâm lý trẻ từ 6–13 tuổi).
- Require good classroom English (IELTS 6.0 preferred), clear pronunciation, and ability to communicate bilingually.

- Must be able to organize learning activities (games, songs) and manage child behavior using positive, gentle approaches.

- Must possess strong communication, classroom management, teamwork, and flexible problem-solving skills.

- Must be passionate about working with children, patient, cheerful, responsible, and willing to learn.
