As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented English Translator and Title Translator Profesional to join our dynamic team.

The role of an English Translator and Title Translator Profesional at Kusuma & Partners Law Firm is pivotal in ensuring our clients receive accurate and legally sound translations. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering high-quality services. Your responsibilities will include translating legal documents from English into Indonesian and vice versa, ensuring that all translated materials meet the highest standards of accuracy and clarity. You will also be responsible for preparing title translations, which are crucial for property transactions and other legal processes. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong command of both languages to ensure that no nuances are lost in translation.

We are seeking candidates who possess a Bachelor's degree and have between one and three years of experience in English translation and language proficiency. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a deep understanding of legal terminology and possess excellent writing skills. Experience in legal or tax translation is advantageous but not mandatory. The successful candidate will be expected to translate documents accurately, maintaining the context and intent of the original text while adhering to strict deadlines. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential. Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen;

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Translation, Communication, International Relations, Linguistics, or other relevant fields is preferred;

• Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia;

• Proven experience as a translator/interpreter is preferred, particularly in business, mining, construction, industrial, or multinational environments;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

• Professional, trustworthy, disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality;

• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment;

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in translation;

• Familiarity with mining or industrial terminology would be an advantage;

• Willingness to travel and accompany management when required;

• For the Aceh position: candidates domiciled in Aceh or willing to relocate to Aceh will be prioritized;

• For the Jakarta position: candidates based in Jakarta or surrounding areas will be prioritized.
