Job Overview
To act as the "knowledge bridge" and brand ambassador for company in Vietnam. Responsible for designing, standardizing, and implementing training programs on company's Inverter and Energy Storage System (ESS) ecosystem, ensuring that partners and customers master product knowledge, solutions, and installation/operation skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum Development
- "Pedagogize" Deye's technical documents: Convert technical specifications, manuals, and solar/storage wiring diagrams into intuitive, easy-to-understand training materials, presentation slides, and learning resources.
- Continuously update the curriculum whenever company launches new Inverters, ESS batteries, or releases system monitoring software updates.
- Build a question bank and competency assessment tests for dealers/distributors post-training.
2. Training Execution
- Directly conduct classes at seminars, workshops, or periodic certification training courses organized by Deye for the dealer network (EPCs) and installers.
- Organize online training sessions (Webinars) to introduce new solutions, and offline sessions to guide hands-on device configuration and installation.
- Plan and execute business trips (On-site training) to major distributors or key projects for direct field training.
3. Evaluation & Management
- Assess the learning outcomes of trainees (customers, dealers) after each course to issue standard Deye training completion certificates (if applicable).
- Collect feedback from learners to continuously optimize teaching methods and lecture content.
- Report periodically to the Board of Directors on the effectiveness of training programs and propose new workshop topics suitable for market demands.
4. Cross-departmental Collaboration
- Work closely with the Technical Support team to grasp common errors, thereby integrating troubleshooting guides into the curriculum.
- Support the Marketing department by developing scripts and acting as a speaker/presenter for technical tutorial videos, product unboxing videos, or Q&A livestreams.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's/College degree in Technical Education, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
- At least 1 years of experience in a Training/Teaching role. Priority is given to candidates who have worked at vocational schools, technical training centers, or as trainers at industrial equipment/solar energy companies.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Pedagogical Skills (Mandatory): Clear and engaging communication abilities. Knowing how to apply interactive teaching methods and flexibly handle situations in the classroom.
- Professional Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical and solar energy systems. Knowledge of Inverters and Energy Storage Systems (ESS) is a huge advantage (if the candidate is strong in teaching but not deeply versed in solar power, the company can provide additional product training).
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills. Proficient in PowerPoint and supporting lecture design tools.

- Patient, with a service-oriented and customer support mindset.
- Dynamic, willing to travel to provinces to support the dealer network.
Salary range: 13 to 15 million VND per month. Salary commensurate with qualification and experience.
