Job description for Training Operations Officer at Pt. Berpikir Revolusioner Indonesia
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end training operations, including scheduling, participant management, trainer coordination, and certification.
- Ensure all training logistics and technical requirements are ready, including venues, virtual platforms, learning materials, and equipment.
- Act as the operational PIC during training sessions and provide timely support to trainers, participants, clients, and internal teams.
- Create, edit, and enhance presentation decks, training materials, and learning resources.
- Manage post-training activities, including evaluations, reports, documentation, and database updates.
- Monitor training performance and prepare reports to support continuous improvement of training operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in Training Operations, Learning & Development, Event Management, Training Administration, or a related field.
- Experience managing corporate training programs is a strong advantage.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong presentation and document formatting skills.
- Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or similar online learning platforms.
- Strong administrative, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel for basic data analysis; experience with Power BI or Looker Studio is a plus.
