Job description for Trainer Contact Center at PT Rajawali Berdikari Indonesia

Kualifikasi:

  1. Pendidikan minimal D3 dari semua jurusan.
  2. Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Trainer di lingkungan contact center.
  3. Memiliki kemampuan presentasi dan komunikasi yang luar biasa.
  4. Mampu menyusun materi pelatihan yang menarik dan mudah dipahami.
  5. Proaktif, berorientasi pada hasil, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
  6. Menguasai Ms. Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) dengan baik.
  7. Bersedia bekerja dengan jam kerja fleksibel sesuai kebutuhan pelatihan.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

  • Menyusun dan mengembangkan modul pelatihan yang efektif untuk agen contact center, meliputi product knowledge, soft skill (komunikasi, problem solving, dll.), dan sistem operasional.
  • Melaksanakan sesi pelatihan in-class maupun on-the-job untuk agen baru dan agen yang sudah ada.
  • Melakukan evaluasi pasca-pelatihan dan memberikan feedback konstruktif untuk peningkatan kinerja.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelatihan dan area pengembangan.
  • Memastikan agen contact center memiliki pemahaman yang kuat tentang standar layanan dan kualitas yang diharapkan.
