Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and translating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research on regulations, compliance requirements, and corporate laws.
- Support the preparation of legal reports and documentation.
- Review and analyze cases, policies, and legal issues related to business operations.
- Participate in contract negotiations and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure company practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Organize and maintain legal files, contracts, and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the Legal Department as required.
Requirements:
- Currently 3rd, 4th-year student pursuing a bachelor's degree in law (can work at least 4 days/working week)
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese legal regulations and corporate law.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous internship experience in a legal or corporate environment is a plus.
