SCM CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERNSHIP - 6 months
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reporting.
- Key in data into customer’s system.
- Place booking with carriers via company system and solve exceptional issues if any.
- Follow up exception reports with factories after cargo delivery.
- Others tasks assigned by main person in charge.
- Project support
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduated from University/College, majored in Logistics/Supply Chain/Economics/Business.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently.
- Passion to drive closures & high-level customer service orientation.
- Well organized when working under pressure.
- Fluency in English.
- Team player – Works together with others in the business unit to achieve results, fosters teamwork.
