Job description for Territory Manager at Online-pajak
- Meet / exceed business target
- Build a strong pipeline of deals based on the Targeted accounts
- Drive customer lifetime value by delivering and integrating partner expertise and solutions into sales cycle activities
- Prospect, close and manage relationships with partners
- Handle incoming leads generated from our website and push the closing and/or upsell and driving the onboarding
- Generate maximum revenue from partners through direct selling or referrals and achieve target
- Manage deal lifecycle from prospecting - requirement gathering - negotiation - agreement signing and implementation and drive internal cross department collaboration
- Connecting resources and programs to support partner pipeline velocity and alleviating any friction points
- Partnering to drive leads and opportunities
- Landing partner's seller readiness of co-sell motion
- Build partner capabilities on OP's platforms and solutions
- Constant and regular update of the latest trend in tax digitization / tax regulations
- Build business cases in the discovery phase to support our product improvement through partners' requirements and feedbacks
- Animate Partners' ecosystem with relevant events - gathering - focus discussion group
- Help in building assets for partners (case studies, value proposition, testimonials)
- Bachelor’s degree (or above) from a top university with high grades. A Tax or accounting background highly appreciated
- Minimum 10 years sales experience in a SaaS or technical digital product environment
- Demonstrate success in managing partner’s relationships
- Have good analytical skills in understanding the needs, satisfaction, consultant segmentation model
- Existing network and relationships with the Tax/Accounting departments of top Indonesian companies and/or with Tax/Accounting firms
- Experience driving growth in an ambiguous and complex environment as the business grows
- Entrepreneurial and curious in nature, hungry for growth and responsibility
- Strong written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia Indonesia and English skills
