Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy engaging with customers, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company products/services.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information regarding product features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
- Persuade potential customers to purchase the product by demonstrating how it meets their needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain an updated database of customer information and sales records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and sales strategies.
- Follow up on leads and referrals to maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and provide solutions effectively.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and telemarketing tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
