Job description for Telesales Philippnes at Công ty GIP

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Make phone calls to introduce and advise customers on services according to the marketing-provided data list.
Explore and understand customer needs and provide phone-based customer service.
Execute sales programs according to the Sales department's business plan.
Build strong relationships and persuade customers to use our services.
Take responsibility for and ensure achievement of KPIs.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent in Filipino.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Have basic knowledge of computers.
Good consulting and customer service skills.
Having right to work in Philippines.

BENEFITS:

Base salary: 755 Peso/ day

KPI - based salary: depend on the actual KPI completion rate: 4908 Peso/ month

Continuous training to enhance professional skills and career development.

WORKING TIME: From Monday to Saturday (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Lunch break 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.)

WORK LOCATION: 4th Floor, Novaflourish Commercial Building, Zabarte Road, Kaligayahan, Quezon City
