Your Day to Day Tasks
- As Business Analyst in project team structure, define and translate business requirements from As Is to Future State according to project scope.
- Configure and testing new IT technology systems according to requirements and future state business process.
- Troubleshoot issues and outages; also provide the work around for each issues.
- Perform customization to New IT systems.
- Train key users and end users.
- Roll out system implementation to every business areas.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in IT Application especially for Warehouse Management System (WMS) Product and Transport Management System (TMS) Product.
- Experienced in maintaining, administering, or implementing WMS Product or TMS Product.
- Technical knowledge in SQL Query, and one programming language (preferably PHP or Java)
- Domain knowledge in modern warehouse and transportation business process.
- Have a good communication in English Language.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Information System, Computer Science, or related studies
- Applicants must be willing to work in Permata Hijau, Jakarta Selatan
