Job description for Technical Support at Mentari Intercultural School
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Installing and configuring computer hardware (Networks Equipment, Printers, Scanners, etc) operating system and applications
-Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks (LAN, WAN, and INTERNET)
-Fix the the system and network's problem, diagnosing and solving hardware or software's problem.
-Repairing equipment if possible or replacing parts as if necessary/required
-Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
-Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
-Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with clients (Teacher or staff) and other professionals, such as software developer
-Testing and Evaluating New Technology
-Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
-Planning and undertaking schedule maintenance upgrades
-Maintaining records of software licenses
