Job description for Technical Support (Linux) at PT Qwords Company International
- Install & configure servers
- Responsible to monitor & troubleshoot system servers in a timely manner
- Perform server & network devices maintenance
- Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
- Troubleshoot technical problems reported by customers
- Provide solutions and fix technical problems reported by customers
- Solid understanding of Linux system administration (CentOS, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux)
- Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing and LAN technology including switching and routing fundamentals
- Knowledge of LAMP, cPanel/WHM, and DirectAdmin is a plus
- Knowledge of mail server, Zimbra, mail gateway
- Knowledge of SSL, encryption technology
- SMK/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as IT/Helpdesk Support, system administrator, or other closely related fields
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Willing to work on-site (Jakarta Selatan) and within the scheduled shift
