One of the main regions where they have succeeded a lot in Indonesia. Due to the company's growth, we are inviting graduates and young professionals to apply for the Technical Support Engineer role and gain paid permanent work experience in an international IT company.

What your work will be like:
Technical support for clients in Indonesia (chats, email) in Bahasa or English.
You are welcome to apply if you have:
- BA/BS or above (preferably in IT) or relevant experience in technical support.
- Fluent English (starting from Upper Intermediate).
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal), positivity
- Problem-solving orientation.
- Attention to detail, ability to write documentation.
- Willingness to work flexible work schedule from home.
