Chi tiết công việc TECHNICAL SALES SUPPORT INTERN (4 months) tại Panasonic Việt Nam
Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling warranty claims and product defect cases in coordination with Service Centers (SC, ASC,
etc.) and factories.
- Support internal departments with basic technical information, including product specifications, manuals,
and simple inquiries.
- Participate in preparing technical materials for webinars, workshops, and company events.
- Learn and support internal workflows, contributing to the review and improvement of warranty and defect
handling processes.
- Coordinate and maintain smooth communication among internal teams, customers, Service Centers, and factories on technical matters.
- Ensure technical documents and related information are properly updated and maintained.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Report to: Mentor / Direct Manager
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Basic understanding of technical (electrical) information
- Available to work full-time for a 4-month internship
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and problem-solving abilities
- Energetic, good teamwork and responsibility
- Basic English communication, for work
