Job description for Team Leader (TL) at PT Joyowo Geo Indonesia
Responsibilities:
1. Take ownership of the assigned team's KPI achievement and end-customer satisfaction.
2. Manage daily team operations, communicate instructions and feedback between management and frontline staff, and ensure effective execution.
3. Monitor employees' daily performance and coach them to improve business capability.
4. Build the team talent pipeline, develop assistant team leaders and complaint-handling role models, organize employee culture activities, and control attrition.
5. Plan team operations and produce business planning schedules.
Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above from an accredited institution; science or engineering background preferred. Fluent spoken English is required; Chinese proficiency is preferred.
2. At least 1 year of customer service team management experience in a call center.
3. Strong organization and coordination skills, proven ability to motivate teams, and solid management and communication capability. Experience preparing reports and strong writing skills are required.
4. Clear speech, strong communication and logical thinking, dedication, accountability, teamwork, service orientation, adaptability, organization, coordination, and ability to work under pressure.
5. Willingness to work rotating shifts, rotating rest days, and night shifts.
6. Must speak English fluently; Chinese speakers preferred.
