What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver High-Quality Teaching: Plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate lessons that support students’ learning and development.
- Create a Positive Learning Environment: Build a fun, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment where students feel comfortable participating and expressing themselves.
- Monitor Student Progress: Observe and assess students’ learning progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide appropriate support to help each student achieve their learning goals.
- Build Strong Student Relationships: Understand students’ individual needs, interests, and learning styles to create meaningful and effective learning experiences.
- Communicate with Parents: Maintain positive communication with parents by providing updates on students’ progress, classroom development, and areas that may require additional support.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with fellow teachers and the academic team to maintain teaching quality, share best practices, and support school activities and programs.
- Support School Activities: Participate in events, workshops, consultations, and other school activities that enhance students’ learning experiences and engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience teaching children, preferably in an early childhood, preschool, kindergarten, or educational setting.
- Teaching Skills: Strong ability to plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and student-centered lessons.
- Child Development: Understanding of children’s learning needs, classroom management, and age-appropriate teaching practices.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with students, parents, and fellow teachers.
- Creativity & Adaptability: Creative, enthusiastic, and able to adapt teaching methods to different students’ learning styles and needs.
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with other teachers and contribute to a positive learning environment.
- Passion for Education: Genuine interest in supporting children’s development and creating meaningful learning experiences.
