Job description for TEA BARISTA at Gong Cha Indonesia

Membuat produk minuman dan makanan sesuai dengan standar resep, untuk memenuhi permintaan pelanggan.
Memeriksa, menginput, menyetorkan, dan atau melakukan pengembalian sisa uang pembayaran customer sesuai dengan SOP yang telah ditetapkan.
Memeriksa dan mempersiapkan bahan baku harian sehingga dapat mendukung kelancaran operasional toko.
Memeriksa dan mempersiapkan peralatan kerja agar dapat digunakan dalam kegiatan operasional toko

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimum SMA, Diploma, atau setara. Bidang Pariwisata/Perhotelan diutamakan
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Barista minimal 1 tahun
Berkepribadian baik, ramah, termotivasi, jujur, disiplin
Bersedia bekerja dengan jam shift dan fleksibel untuk pagi hari, larut malam di akhir pekan atau hari libur nasional
Berpenampilan rapi dan menarik
