1. Prepare tax payment & monthly report (WHT & VAT)
2. Make recapitulation & filling monthly tax payment
3.Checking & compare between tax payment & accounting record
4. Validated tax slip (related with AJB process)
5. Monitoring foreign transaction & checking DGT
6. Check & monitoring tax validation (PPH final & DGT)
7. Coordination with Tax office related to regulation issues
8. Coordination with other internal department

In 2018 we completed and started hand-over two condominium project, “BRANZ Simatupang” and “BRANZ BSD Ai”, "BRANZ MEGA KUNINGAN" and Landed House "SAKURA REGENCY 3". As a comprehensive property developer, Tokyu Land Indonesia will expand our business into real estate leasing business, real estate finance business, and real estate operation and management business. We will create new value in Indonesia by combining the needs of Indonesian customers with Japanese high quality.
