TALENT MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT
Pexple is looking for a Talent Management Executive who is ready to work with famous people from nano influencers to A-list celebrities.
The Talent Management Executive will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and coordinating influencers (KOLs) based on brand briefs. This role works closely with the Account Management team to ensure influencer campaigns are executed smoothly and meet client expectations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about social media and influencer marketing.
A. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Influencer Sourcing
Identify and select suitable KOLs based on brand briefs and campaign objectives.
Campaign Coordination
Collaborate with the Account team to understand client needs and align influencer selections accordingly.
Communication
Act as the main point of contact for KOLs, managing all communications related to campaign execution including briefings, content approvals, and feedback.
Content Review & Approval
Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives before going live.
Issue Resolution
Handle and resolve issues related to influencer content, contracts, or deliverables in a timely manner.
Performance Tracking
Monitor and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers for long-term collaboration.
Industry Trends
Stay updated with the latest social media and influencer marketing trends.
B. REQUIREMENTS
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills
1–2 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with influencer marketing tools/platforms is a plus

Working time: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
