Hello, Start Up enthusiast, Shift Academy is currently looking for an Assessor intern for our project!
Shift Academy is a learning platform based in Depok that was created to provide inclusive education services for every passionate Indonesian youth. To connect and build a career are our core values in the workplace. Therefore, we are open to those who are passionate to learn new things and eager to grow.
As Assessor Intern, you will focus on doing in-depth assessment using interview methods. Here’s following detail about our requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- Preferably having experience doing assessment using in-depth interview methods.
- Willing to communicate well with related stakeholders such as project lead, supervisor, manager etc
- Having a good knowledge of business process
- Willing to work on-site (Jabodetabek Area)
- Have a strong analytical thinking and communication skills
- Able to work as a team
