- Supervise & analyse the effectiveness of existing organizational function survey
- Facilitate Performance Management process, starting from preparation of Goal Setting, KPI up to Performance Management
- Provides tactical hands-on support, as needed, in contributing to results delivered in Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development. Partners with various Human Resources functions to ensure talent management processes are synergetic with the department’s overall practices and objectives.
- Responsible for preparing the training curriculum in accordance with the results of the Training Needs Analysis.
- Design and implement new learning and development initiatives
- Research the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the Learning and Development space and recommend suitable applications.
- Continuously evaluate and develop new learning modules to ensure modules relevancy and effectiveness
