- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Other responsibilities as needed.
- Recent graduate or Juniors/Seniors currently attaining Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or comparable study is required
- Fluent in English
- The ability to conduct interviews and assess applicants fit to client’s requirements.
- Proactivity and ability to work efficiently and independently
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases
- Strong oral communication and writing skills
- Desire for continuous development and have a passion to learn
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good decision-making skills
