Job description for Talent Acquisition Specialist at PT Qwords Company International
- Plan and execute the end-to-end recruiting process, including onboard new employees
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Refine sourcing strategy, innovate talent acquisition channel (Social media, referral program, etc.)
- Build a strong, credible relationship with senior leaders, hiring managers and other critical stakeholders in company, providing talent insights and fulfilling current talent needs
- Having 1-2 year recruitment experience, preferably has experience as TA specialist/recruiter in head hunter or BPO company
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or relevant fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bahasa
- Having good initiatives and high willingness to learn and grow
- Able to work and deliver on more than one hiring project simultaneously
