The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This role involves working closely with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning
- Receive and process recruitment requests from hiring managers.
- Identify the most effective recruitment channels and sourcing strategies.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Actively source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to shortlist candidates and schedule interviews."
3. Interview & Selection Process
- Organize and facilitate interview rounds, ensuring a structured hiring process.
- Administer pre-employment tests and background checks when required.
- Provide feedback to candidates and hiring teams throughout the process.
4. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Enhance the company's employer brand through recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Maintain relationships with past candidates and build a talent pipeline.
5. Recruitment Metrics & Process Improvement
- Track hiring performance metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices."
Key Deliverables
- Hiring success rate: Fill 80%+ of roles within the targeted timeframe.
- New Hire Performance → Percentage of new hires meeting or exceeding performance expectations in probation (≥ 90%)
- Recruitment process efficiency: Reduce time-to-hire while maintaining quality.
- Employer Branding Engagement → Growth in job post reach, engagement & applications (≥ 20% increase per quarter)
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and sourcing skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management.
Preferred:
- Experience in real estate, technology, or high-growth industries.
- Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and job portals.
