KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
- Source potential candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other professional networks
- Advertise job postings within appropriate forums to attract top-notch candidate pools
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews, if possible
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
- Prepare and process hiring documentation in collaboration with the Human Resources department
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline (Level: Senior)
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department (Level: Senior)
- Do other tasks as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and/or equivalent
- At least 2- 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in similar roles in the IT industry, including 2+ years recruiting for outsourcing companies and 1+ year in headhunting.
- Familiarity with social media, CV. databases, and professional networks
- Ability to attract, engage, and assess best-in-class talent in a highly competitive environment
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
- Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web-based systems (applicant tracking systems, etc.).
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to priorities
- Strong in communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Ability to build relationships, build trust with colleagues
- Proactive in proposing solutions and acting to obtain project objectives
- Positive thinking, a high sense of responsibility

- Ability to perform multiple projects simultaneously (if any)
