- Partner closely with the Hiring Managers to identify, build and execute effective recruiting strategies to engage the best and brightest marketing, operations, sales and IT talented heads.
- Manage full cycle recruiting process for roles ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional sourcing strategies and techniques to attract top talent.
- Screen candidates and coordinate team interviews.
- Manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity while proactively sharing data-driven updates with key partners.
