Responsibility:

Talent Acquisition Tasks (70%):

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple technical positions across various technology stacks within the Engineering team.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and CEO to understand hiring needs, team structure, and candidate requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through diverse sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, job board and communities.
  • Proactively approach and engage passive candidates for critical hiring needs.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and salary negotiations.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on IT hiring trends, market insights, and talent movements to support recruitment strategies.
  • Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes, employer branding, and hiring effectiveness.

Administrative Tasks (20%):

  • Organize and manage office administrative tasks.
  • Assist the Admin with planning and organizing birthdays, company trips, team-building activities, and other events.
  • Process office expenses and prepare payment requests.

Human Resources Tasks (10%):

  • Track employee attendance, timesheets, and annual leave.
  • Assist with Compensation & Benefits (C&B) tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of the IT outsourcing/software development industry and technical roles.
  • Hands-on experience recruiting for multiple technology stacks such as .NET, Java, Frontend, Mobile, QA, DevOps, BA, PM, etc.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills across recruitment platforms and social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub, communities, referrals, etc.).
  • Proven ability in candidate screening, interviewing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Well-organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and recruitment tools/platforms.

  • Experience working in IT outsourcing or software development companies.
  • Experience in employer branding or internal communication activities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
