- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
· Determine selection criteria for candidates
· Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
· Create job descriptions and interview questions
· Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews – if possible
· Participating in recruitment training, personnel, and hosting events related to Recruitment
Job Requirement
· 1 to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Good English communication.
· Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration or equivalent.
