Position Description:
- Implement company talent acquisition strategy
- Conduct sourcing activities in social media and talent pool in order to fill open positions
- Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs
- Implement recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
- Reviews employment applications and background check reports
- Become part of a Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC) to provide talent delivery for the clients.
Qualification:
- Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist is good to have but if you think you can do talent acquisition and you are dedicated to building your career in HR, let's apply!
- You are a fast learner and you are young with a good energy level
- Excellent in using LinkedIn, Facebook and any platform for finding candidates.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
