Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Executive based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying top talent, conducting interviews and etc. The role also entails collaborating with hiring managers to understand and meet staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
Proficient in Hiring, Recruiting, and IT Recruitment processes
Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal, to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders
Experience with Employer Branding to promote the company’s values and culture to attract top talent
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and work under tight deadlines
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems or Recruitment CRM tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
