We develop brand and communication strategies, provide consultancy, master creativity, and carry out communication activities in the Nordics and Southeast Asia.
With more than 47 years of combined years in business, we are experienced in all aspects of brand marketing and deeply invested in developing and applying AI and digital tools to scale communication assets.

Responsibilities:
- Build candidate & sourcing databases, create recruitment templates & job descriptions system;
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and conduct recruitment for approved positions including steps: screening call, evaluation, and face-to-face interview;
- Participate in Onboarding / Offboarding process (Offer package, welcome new hire, orientation training, exit interview, etc.);
- Propose and implement online and offline employer branding plan;
- Coordinate with admin to organize company tours, job fairs, etc;
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Head of HR.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in related fields, preferably headhunt background;
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skill;.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
- Open-minded, creative, fast learner, and flexible;
- Experience working in advertising agencies is preferable.
- Experience hiring international candidates is preferable.
