Job Description
Talent Acquisition Executive (80%)
Execute end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer process, and onboarding support
Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring demands, role requirements, competencies, and ideal candidate profiles
Proactively source and build talent pipelines through multiple recruitment channels to ensure hiring efficiency and candidate quality
Manage and maintain recruitment platforms, career sites, and candidate databases with accurate and timely updates
Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Prepare recruitment reports, track hiring data, and support Talent Acquisition administration processes
Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
Participate in Talent Acquisition and HR projects to support organizational growth and hiring effectiveness
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, optimize workflows, and leverage automation tools for operational efficiency
Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
Employer Branding (20%)
Support and execute employer branding activities across multiple channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and internal communication platforms
Assist in planning and producing employer branding content and recruitment marketing campaigns
Coordinate with internal teams to promote company culture, employee engagement initiatives, and employer value proposition (EVP)
Contribute ideas and initiatives to enhance employer brand visibility and candidate attraction efforts
Job Requirements
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
Fresh graduates or 1 year applicant who can work full-time
Good command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Good English communication skills
Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills
Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and integrity
Interest in Recruitment, HR, and Employer Branding
Experience in content creation or basic design tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) is a plus
Familiarity with AI tools, automation tools, or smart working methods is a plus
