We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our People team to help build a world-class team at Glints by acquiring and attracting exceptional talents in the market.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and drive quality hires in a timely manner;
- Build healthy and innovative sourcing channels and talent pipelines, not limited to market talent mapping and maintaining a network of high-potential candidates for proactive hiring;
- Be a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers on their manpower needs and hiring process;
- Support all necessary administration relating to the hiring process and
- Assist with people operation matters in Malaysia.

Who We Are Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related fields;
- Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, sourcing and people operations;
- Target-driven, but with a focus on building high quality pipelines
- Organised with the ability to multitask efficiently, handling multiple workstreams;
- Adaptable and able to learn quickly;
- A team player with a strong self-starter mindset; and
- A persuasive and confident communicator with a good command of English to communicate with the international market.
