- Overseeing and managing company's overall Supply Chain Strategy
- Proactively control end-to-end supply chain pipeline's
- Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
- Lead improvement design of customer-driven supply chains (warehouse, inventory, & lot) management
- Higher levels of agility and flexibility, a problem solver
- Organizing a storage system for products produced in an orderly, controlled manner and performs stock administration functions accurately
- Managing the division of work for the warehouse team, controlling work and providing guidance, ensuring the process in the warehouse is safe / there are no work accidents
- Ensure that the product delivery process through container loading is documented, runs safely, and that the loaded product is checked again and is ensured that it is not damaged, controlled and complies with company's safety standards
- Manage the process and administrative functions of product stock and responsible for all equipment in the warehouse
- Focus on delivery and responsiveness as the basis for customer retention
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
- Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain
- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
- Train and leverage strong Supply Chain team's capabilities
- Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
- Maintain collaborative works with supply chain partners to land more profitable deals
Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum S1/D3 majoring in sciences, engineering, management,logistic or related fields from reputable university
- At least have 1 year proven experience as Supply Chain
- Required Skill(s): Warehouse & Inventory Management, Product Knowledge, Transportation Management, Supply Chain Management
- Adaptibility - Willingness to be flexible to suit the dynamic working environment
- Good interpersonal skills and demonstration of leadership attributes
- Expertise in commodity management, supplier management and processes
- Understanding of ERP systems skills will be considered as plus point
- Has strong experience or understand in 3PL and warehouse operation
- Flexibility to travel
