Summary:
The Supply Chain Integrator is responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle of capital equipment, upgrade kits, conversion kits, and collaterals, ensuring readiness to support factory ramp, operations, and new product introduction (NPI). The role acts as a key interface between factory, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.
Job Description:
- Daily coordinate with IE (Industrial Engineering) and procurement teams to ensure timely Purchase Request (PR)/Purchase Order (PO) release for tools and collaterals
- Coordinate closely with buyers, forwarders, suppliers, IE, and Engineering to arrange shipment pickup and ensure on-time delivery
- Engage with buyers and suppliers to review, validate, and correct shipping documentation to meet compliance and logistics requirements
- Monitor supplier responsiveness by tracking system updates within 7 days from PO creation and proactively following up on delays
- Track and manage Supplier Tender date (STD) in system to ensure alignment with ramp and operational requirements, highlight critical issues or support needs in the system, and follow up with Commodity Manager (CM), - CPO (Capital Procurement Operations), IE to close the gap
- Participate in weekly dock team and logistics meetings with IE, logistics, and forwarder teams to align shipment status and resolve issues
- Execute assigned tasks from Global Operation (GO) leader to support operational execution and ramp readiness milestones
Minimum Qualifications (Must Have Skills):
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, Industrial Engineering (IE), or related specialized field
- At least 1–2 years’ experience working in multinational companies in: Supply chain / operations Semiconductor / manufacturing environment Capital equipment or materials management
- Working knowledge of supply demanding planning, procurements and logistics, supplier management
- Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Industrial Engineering (IE), Manufacturing, Engineering, Buyers, Logistics, Commodity Managers, and global suppliers
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for procurement, order tracking, and supply chain operations
- Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI
Preferred Qualification Skills (Nice to Have Skills):
- Higher education qualification is preferred
- Possessing Supply Chain certification is a plus
- Knowledge of structural problem-solving methodology and tools is preferred
