Job description for Supply Chain Assistant at Wizlogix Pte Ltd
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum O Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills. Able to type fast and accurately.
- Meticulous and good with details.
- Able to multi-task well.
- Able to work within time constraints.
- No experience needed. Training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities:
- To generate Purchase Orders (POs) and Good Received Note(GRNs)
- To email Purchase Orders to suppliers on time and check with suppliers that they have received the complete set of POs.
- To communicate with suppliers to rectify errors in delivery and ensure suitable replacement.
- To ensure proper e-filing of all documents
- To stocktake in-coming components
- To assist in the Storeroom management
- To coordinate Logistics matters with 3rd party logistics provider if necessary.
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
