Job description for Supervisor Sales at PT Pro-Int Dinamika
- Prospecting for new clients and referral sources utilizing the direct phone calls, emails, client visits, or other local marketing programs as directed by marketing management
- Analyzing customer needs and interests
- Determining which services are appropriate and referring to appropriate party when necessary
- Scheduling appointments and visiting potential clients to secure referrals to end users
- Presenting and giving information about Pro Int product
- Projecting positive image in representing the company to prospective and existing client
- Completing and submitting accurate work report to marketing management
- Achieve short and long term target and maintain existing client
- Bachelor/Master’s degree from Marketing, Business, Communication or related field
- Good command in English, both oral and written, able to articulate ideas and key selling points to prospective clients
- Excellent communication skills, good analytical thinking, able to think creative and innovative
- Confidence, having good persuasion & communication skill
- Enthusiastic in getting new leads independently, able to work under pressure and result-oriented
- Solid track records in sales for at least 3 years
